Project Overview Compass Electrical Solutions recently completed a critical electrical infrastructure upgrade at River Chase Apartments , replacing an outdated six-meter setup with a modern, code-compliant meter bank designed to improve safety and reliability for residents. Project Scope & Highlights Existing Meter Removal – Safely disconnected and removed the property’s original six-meter electrical setup. New Six-Meter Panel Installation – Furnished and installed a new 120/240-volt six-meter panel in the existing location. 60-Amp Main Breakers – Each apartment unit received a dedicated 60-amp main breaker serving as its individual shutoff. Main Power Reconnection – Reconnected the primary electrical feed from the Ameren transformer to restore service. Apartment Circuit Reconnection – Reconnected all wiring supplying power to each apartment panel. Grounding & Safety Upgrades – Installed a new ground rod to ensure the system meets current grounding and electrical safety standards.

This specialized setup required a flexible and scalable power solution to support a dynamic grow environment with constantly shifting layouts. Project Scope & Highlights Ceiling-Suspended Quad Receptacles – Designed to move with mobile grow tents, providing adaptable access to power. Dedicated 20-Amp Circuits – Each receptacle powered by an individual circuit for safe and reliable operation. New Sub-Panel Installatio n – Added to accommodate the increased electrical demand. Conduit, Labeling & Circuit Schedule – Fully documented and installed to support long-term scalability and compliance.
Project Overview Compass Electrical Solutions completed a full electrical renovation for a 35,000+ square-foot PGA TOUR Superstore in Manchester, transforming an existing retail space into a technology-driven golf experience. The store features simulator-based practice bays, instruction studios, and a putting green – all requiring precise, reliable electrical infrastructure. Project Scope & Highlights Electrical Demolition – Removed all existing electrical systems to prepare for the new buildout. Full Building Rewire – Reconfigured power distribution to align with the new store layout and equipment needs. Simulator Power Integration – Provided dedicated electrical for golf simulators, practice bays, and instruction studios. LED Lighting Installation – Installed energy-efficient lighting to enhance visibility and reduce operating costs. Audio/Visual Installation – Installed TVs and monitors throughout the store to support both customer experience and operations.
