This project involved a complete gut renovation and rebuild, turning an existing space into a beautiful, welcoming retail environment designed to serve families and shoppers throughout the community. Project Scope & Highlights Demolition of Existing Space – Safely removed outdated electrical systems and infrastructure to prepare for the renovation. Decorative Lighting Installation – Installed custom lighting solutions to enhance the store’s unique aesthetic and shopping experience. New Electrical Panel – Furnished and installed a new electrical panel to support the upgraded facility. Complete Electrical Rewire – Installed new electrical wiring throughout the building to accommodate the new layout and operational needs. Project Scope & Highlights Removed Existing Light Heads – Safely demoed and removed outdated fixtures from existing poles. Installed New LED Fixtures – Furnished and installed 11 new 21,000-lumen LED pole light heads with slip fitters. Control Integration – Verified full functionality and ensured integration with existing timer switch controls. Safe Access & Clean-Up – Used a scissor lift for safe installation and left the work area clean and disruption-free.

Project Scope & Highlights  Existing Meter Removal – Safely disconnected and removed the property’s original six-meter electrical setup. New Six-Meter Panel Installation – Furnished and installed a new 120/240-volt six-meter panel in the existing location. 60-Amp Main Breakers – Each apartment unit received a dedicated 60-amp main breaker serving as its individual shutoff. Main Power Reconnection – Reconnected the primary electrical feed from the Ameren transformer to restore service. Apartment Circuit Reconnection – Reconnected all wiring supplying power to each apartment panel. Grounding & Safety Upgrades – Installed a new ground rod to ensure the system meets current grounding and electrical safety standards.

Project Overview Compass Electrical Solutions partnered with the White Bluff Apartments to address an urgent electrical issue triggered by insurance requirements. The complex’s aging electrical panels were deemed a fire hazard , prompting a full-scale replacement of panels and meter banks across the 39-unit property. Despite the scope and urgency, Compass delivered the entire project in under one week, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to tenants and maintain safety throughout. Project Scope & Highlights  Furnished and installed a natural gas-powered Blue Star generator to supply full-building backup power Demolished 40 Unsafe 100-Amp Panels – Disconnected and safely removed all existing panels. Removed 39 Existing Meter Sockets – Properly decommissioned aging equipment. Installed New Meter Banks One (1) 26-gang meter bank with 600-amp main service disconnect One (1) 13-gang meter bank with 400-amp main service disconnect (with a 25-week lead time) Installed New Circuit Breakers – Matched to existing tenant circuit requirements. Reconnected Existing Circuits – Ensured continuity of service. Coordinated Power Cutover – Worked closely with the landlord and tenants to plan power shutoffs and minimize downtime.
