Compass Electrical Solutions recently partnered with Caravus to deliver a full-scale low voltage and audio/visual installation in their new office space. This project focused on building a connected, modern workplace with seamless technology integration to support communication, collaboration, and day-to-day operations.

- Data Cabling & Termination – Ran and terminated
CAT-6 data lines to all cubicles for fast, reliable network access.
- Audio System Installation – Installed
speakers throughout the entire office with a single, centralized audio control solution.
- Conference Room Tech – Outfitted multiple meeting spaces with
video conferencing-capable TVs and microphones.
- Smart TVs – Installed smart displays in the
lobby and private offices
for branding, communication, and convenience.

The tenant renovation included a complete electrical refresh along with extensive low voltage infrastructure to support the technology and connectivity needs of the new workspace. Project Scope & Highlights Electrical Demolition – Removed existing electrical systems and lighting from the tenant space. New Electrical Installation – Provided new power throughout the renovated office. New Lighting – Installed updated lighting throughout the space. CAT6 Data Cabling – Installed individual CAT6 data drops at 55 locations throughout the office. Network Infrastructure – Furnished and installed a two-post data rack, one 48-port patch panel, and one 24-port patch panel. Fire Alarm System – Wired a new fire alarm system as part of the office renovation. From temporary power during construction to low-voltage networking infrastructure, our team provided turnkey electrical solutions from start to finish. Project Scope & Highlights Temporary Construction Power – Provided temporary 120/240V single-phase power for the on-site banking trailer, allowing uninterrupted customer service during renovations. Complete Electrical Demolition – Removed existing electrical systems and lighting from the former tenant space. New Electrical Infrastructure – Installed power distribution for the newly renovated branch. LED Lighting Installation – Installed new, energy-efficient lighting throughout the office and customer areas. Low Voltage & CAT6 Cabling – Installed structured cabling for networking, security cameras, and access control systems. HVAC Power – Supplied electrical service for the building's new HVAC equipment.
