Compass Electrical Solutions partnered with Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day
School (MICDS) to enhance the lighting system at their Natatorium. The goal was to improve
visibility, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability by upgrading the existing fixtures to

- Ameren Incentive Program – Assisted MICDS in securing an Ameren incentive, helping offset the cost of the upgrade while maximizing energy savings.
