In addition to the generator installation, our team consolidated the building's electrical service, creating a more efficient and streamlined power distribution system.

Project Scope & Highlights

600kW Blue Star Diesel Generator Installation – Installed a commercial-grade emergency generator to provide dependable backup power for the facility.
New 1,000-Amp, 277/480V Three-Phase Service – Upgraded the building's electrical service to support increased capacity and improved efficiency.
Extensive Conduit Installation – Installed hundreds of feet of 3-inch and 4-inch conduit, including complex custom bends to navigate the existing facility.
New 240V/200A Panel – Added dedicated power distribution for facility operations.
300 kVA Transformer Installation – Installed a new transformer to support the upgraded electrical system.
800-Amp Disconnect Switch – Added new disconnect equipment to improve safety and serviceability.
Weekend Power Cutover – Carefully coordinated a facility shutdown over the weekend to transfer power and commission the new generator with minimal operational disruption.
