Compass Electrical Solutions provided comprehensive electrical services for the ground-up construction of a new 38,000 sq. ft. office and distribution warehouse facility for SourceOne Solutions in the St. Louis area. Project Overview Compass Electrical Solutions was proud to partner with Circadia on the renovation of Pathfinder Church' s new community room in St. Louis, Missouri. This transformation converted an existing space into a warm, modern gathering place with updated electrical infrastructure, energy-efficient lighting, and decorative fixtures designed to enhance the experience for church members and guests alike. Project Scope & Highlights Complete Electrical Demolition – Removed all existing electrical wiring and lighting from the original space. New Electrical Infrastructure – Installed new electrical systems to support the renovated community room. Custom Lighting Design – Installed energy-efficient lighting, dimming controls, and decorative fixtures to create a flexible, inviting atmosphere. Fire Alarm Relocation – Relocated existing fire alarm devices to accommodate the new layout while maintaining code compliance. Project Overview Compass Electrical Solutions proudly partnered with CK Power on the installation of a 600kW Blue Star Emergency Generator, delivering reliable backup power while modernizing the facility's electrical infrastructure. In addition to the generator installation, our team consolidated the building's electrical service, creating a more efficient and streamlined power distribution system. Project Scope & Highlights 600kW Blue Star Diesel Generator Installation – Installed a commercial-grade emergency generator to provide dependable backup power for the facility. New 1,000-Amp, 277/480V Three-Phase Service – Upgraded the building's electrical service to support increased capacity and improved efficiency. Extensive Conduit Installation – Installed hundreds of feet of 3-inch and 4-inch conduit, including complex custom bends to navigate the existing facility. New 240V/200A Panel – Added dedicated power distribution for facility operations. 300 kVA Transformer Installation – Installed a new transformer to support the upgraded electrical system. 800-Amp Disconnect Switch – Added new disconnect equipment to improve safety and serviceability. Weekend Power Cutover – Carefully coordinated a facility shutdown over the weekend to transfer power and commission the new generator with minimal operational disruption. Reliable Power. This project required careful coordination to minimize disruption while expanding the plant’s production capabilities. Project Scope & Highlights Medium & Low Voltage Installation – Delivered comprehensive electrical infrastructure to support new manufacturing equipment. Power Distribution for Extruder Systems – Installed dedicated power solutions for the new extruder and associated equipment. Bus Duct Modifications – Updated existing bus duct systems to accommodate expanded operational demands. New Disconnect Installations – Added disconnects for improved safety, serviceability, and code compliance. Process Cooling Support – Provided electrical integration for process cooling systems critical to manufacturing performance.
